We all live with a certain amount of stress and pressure in our lives, most of us have far too much. Life for most of us is fast paced and demanding as we try to juggle work, family, partners, and our households. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes a crisis of some kind, maybe even a health crisis, for us to realize that we really need to destress.
There are many ways to destress and there are destressing tips and destressing techniques to be had from many places. I think it’s like a lot of other areas in our lives – we just have to figure out what works the best for us as individuals. Destressing is really important for everyone for health and well being, however for those of us who consciously manifest to create the life we want to live, it is particularly important because the Law of Attraction teaches that being stressed is a type of resistance and that always adversely affects our manifestations.
Many find a destress massage with a massage therapist you are familiar with very helpful to destress. I find a good walk to be helpful because the endorphins always make me feel better. However, any kind of exercise you enjoy is a good choice. I know many find yoga to be excellent for promoting relaxation. Of course, sometimes there’s nothing better than the reassuring voice of a trusted friend. That is perhaps the ultimate destress for many. For others, a long soak in a hot tub is very relaxing and can be the perfect way to end a long or difficult day. Some quiet time with your mate after a long day can be a good way to destress yourself and your partner as well.
For me, the ultimate destress technique is meditation.
This is my favorite track for meditation. It’s a theta brainwaves piece called Field of Dreams from Theta Realms. If I am manifesting something I start this music and after a couple of minutes I’m in a much better place to visualize what I want to manifest. It doesn’t matter what’s been going on in my life, this always relaxes me into a deep meditation and I finish feeling really refreshed and relaxed. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
